I don't believe in charging more for certain modalities, so I offer the same price for all of the different types of sessions we might have together. These include: - Swedish massage (relaxation-based, anywhere from light to a medium-firm pressure) - Deep tissue (focused on problem areas with deeper and more specific pressure) - Sports massage (improving mobility and flexibility) Examples of modalities I integrate are: cranio sacral, neuromuscular massage, table thai, sarga bodywork, myofascial release, and cupping.
