Service Description

After a free video or in-person consultation (please email/text to set this up), we will begin forming your personalized training regimen. I will identify structural imbalances, problems with posture and gait, analyze old injuries and the restrictions that come with them, your current fitness level, and your goals and form a regimen that will help you meet those goals. I will teach you how to feel things in your body and how to move correctly, while simultaneously giving you the tools to lose weight, build muscle, and live a healthier and more active lifestyle. I can't be considered a drill sergeant trainer, but I can be your best friend that helps hold you accountable for living a healthier life. You will save 2% on every 1 session you book at the same time. For example, paying for 5 sessions at once will save you 10%. Please contact me with the details of this deal.
