I have certifications as a personal trainer and Human Movement Specialist.
After a free video or in-person consultation, we will begin forming your personalized training regimen. I will identify structural imbalances, problems with posture and gait, analyze old injuries and the restrictions that come with them, as well as your current fitness level and form a regimen that will help you meet your goals. I will teach you how to feel things in your body and how to move correctly, while simultaneously giving you the tools to lose weight, build muscle, and live a healthier and more active lifestyle.
You will save 2% on every 1 session you book at the same time. For example, paying for 5 sessions at once will save you 10%. Please contact me with the details of this deal.
