I don't believe in charging more for certain modalities, so I offer the same price for all of the different types of sessions we might have together. These include swedish massage (relaxation-based, which doesn't have to mean light), deep tissue (focused on problem areas with deeper and more specific pressure), and sports massage (improving mobility and flexibility).
Examples of modalities I use are: cranio sacral, neuromuscular massage, table thai, Sarga bodywork, myofascial release, cupping, aromatherapy, and hot stones.
